Gradus wall protection guards (also known as bumper bars or crash rails) are modular in construction, and are suitable for use in busy working environments such as hospital circulation areas, wards and corridors to protect against damage from pedestrian and wheeled traffic.
Bumpers for walls comprise of an aluminium retainer, internal PVC-u bumper, PVC-u cover and PVC-u end caps.
The concave profile has been designed to provide a close fit to the wall, to minimise the collection of dirt and dust, while also looking pleasing to the eye.
A modular system that is easily installed. The continuous full aluminium retainer is fixed to the wall first (screws not supplied),internal buffer placed in position, and the coloured PVC cover is snapped gently into positoin.
Covers are replaceable if damaged by severe impact, textured and through coloured to conceal the effects of abrasions
The internal bumper provides additional strength and absorbs and dissipates impact
